Positive: Apartment which I book was occupied when I came, so management offer me a room in Hyatt hotel which is just next to Hesperia Fira apartment. Obviously I was extremely happy to have this opportunity! Hotel,room, personal- on high level!!
Negative: I stay only 1 night in this perfect hotel

Positive: AC worked well, good location, close to airport and 3 min to Metro. Free coffee machine in the lobby.
Negative: Bad smell, worn-out furniture, looked worse than on photo, even though there was mini-kitchen, but there was no basic spices as salt pepper and a bit of oil. First 2 days, we didn’t have hot water in the shower and messaged to host via booking, they didn’t respond.
Summary: We believe its too expensive for the quality, but location is close to supermarket and metro.

Negative: Waited over one hour to get the keys as the room was not ready. Day 3 the outer door 🚪 was jammed and went to reception in the other building 3 times . Then staff came to check, then a technician was called , he came and finally door was able to open after 1 hour.

Positive: Lady from front desk Marina was very nice and give us all attention and resolve the problem that we had in best way so we were wery satisfy. She even complement us with free breakfast wich was amazing. Realy 5 stars experience.

Negative: The check-in is complicated. I went to the front door. It’s had a note saying to check in at the hotel next door. We did. We got the key cards but they didn’t work. So we went back to the other hotel. They said they should work. We went back to our hotel and they still didn’t work. I banged on the door when I saw an employee inside. He told us that we needed to use the code 1492. NO ONE told us to use a code to enter. The supplies for a small breakfast were meager. Magdalenas, coffee machine, apples.

Positive: The apartments are a minute's walk from the Hyatt Regency hotel, where you can check-in and check-out at the reception. The reception is available 24/7 and the staff is very professional and helpful (we were off peak season so the apartment complex reception was not staffed). For breakfast, you can go to the hotel or a nearby restaurant for a discounted price. We only used the cafeteria, which is part of the apartment complex. Each morning includes a small selection of sweet pastries, fruit and juices. There is a coffee machine freely available 24/7 (that's absolutely brilliant). At the same time, you can replenish the supply of tea or coffee for your apartment. We were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very easily accessible from the airport and at the same time there is a 5-minute walk to the subway (route L1 - it goes through most important places). So the place is great and quite strategic from the point of view of travel, if you don't mind that it is outside the center (we appreciated it).
